How to Order and Pay
Please telephone us to tell us what you would like - we will confirm availability of your chosen item, size and colour. You may then pay over the phone by credit or debit card, or if you prefer by downloading and completing an order form and sending it with card details, cheque or postal order.

Prices
All prices shown on the website include VAT and are valid for items currently in stock, for a period of 7 days.

Delivery
Delivery within the UK by 1st class mail is normally £3.95 per order but from time to time we may offer free post and packing. Please phone for overseas postal rates.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know immediately. You have the right to return any goods within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund. Return the item to us in its original condition and in its original packaging. We will write to confirm that your return has been processed.

Where you have simply changed your mind, we ask that you pay the delivery costs. If goods are incorrect, damaged or faulty, you must notify us in writing and we will contact you to ask whether you want a full refund (including delivery cost) or replacement.

Privacy
Any data you provide to Heads I Win, whether by telephone, contact form, mailing list subscription or e-mail, will be used only for the purpose of handling your order and/or providing you with information about Heads I WIn. Under no circumstances will your details be disclosed to a third party.
